My friend Aaron brews beer as a hobby, we were chatting one day about what his brewery might be like if he were ever to open one. Inspiration struck, and Parenthesis Brewing was born.
02. Development Sketches
During our chat, Aaron mentioned that since he’s a hobbyist, he could add “not quite a brewery” in parenthesis next to his name. We decided to shorten that and picked out the name “Parenthesis Brewing”.
